Getaway at Trapper Lodge

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the bridges. Everyone welcomed us kindly. Very warm and inviting atmosphere.

While The Bridges is a genuinely beautiful site, and we had a lot of fun with playing in the creek and hanging out with family, there is a bit to be desired. The bed size at Trapper Lodge is a full size. That may not be a deal breaker for some, but for my husband and I it greatly impacted our sleep. It could generally use some tlc, but it was a functional and reasonable place to stay. More generally: The restaurant on site was also alright; the food and service were all really lack-luster. We also tried the pool, and between the fan on the structure being so loud with high pitched squealing you have to shout over it and the cloudy and slightly run down look of the pool, we didn’t stay in long. The creek was lovely, and we really enjoyed that floats were provided to enjoy it. In general, The Bridges seems like a spot that is in the midst of improvements and has a lot more opportunity to improve.

Very Beautiful area. Ice cave an the bridges were awesome. The food at the restaurant is A1 very good helping great flavor and Avery the waitress was amazing. We had a relaxing time away from everything.
