Serene Cedar's Edge Room 1

We enjoyed our stay at The Bridges! The Cedar's Edge Room 1 was great, I only wish I had known that it was a hike up the hill to get to it. Our friends stayed in 12 and there was no hike at all, better for bad knees. We loved the property, it rained during our stay but that just made the water falls more spectacular! The general store has everything one could want or need. The Alpine Restaurant setting was great and the food was delicious! the Staff was very helpful and friendly! We will be back and bring the family.

What a wonderful visit our family had- It felt like we were at family summer camp! For me, the whole place had "Dirty Dancing" summer resort vibes! We brought teenage boys and when we weren't doing family time activities, they loved exploring the area themselves and enjoying all the amenities. They played wallyball for hours then cooled off in the pool, also lots of hiking and fishing. While they were playing, hubby and I had some special time to ourselves- walking in the caves and enjoying a fire the staff prepared for us. We ate supper and breakfast at the restaurant and both meals were wonderful, from the food to the service. The only thing to be aware of is most places have steps. The stairs and the walking weren't a problem for our family, but I did let make my mother aware of it for a future visit. The areas are all nice, paved trails, though. Even up to the cave and natural bridge area. We look forward to going back in the fall and also at Christmas to see the whole area decorated!

Very clean room with comfy beds. The property was magical!
